Shannon McClard has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Shannon is currently working at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, LLC, where they have held the roles of Sales Lead for Canada and Western United States and Territory Sales Manager. In their role, they are responsible for sales facilitation, education, training, and product presentations. Prior to this, Shannon worked at Hunter Engineering as a Manufactures Rep, where they facilitated the sales process and provided education and training to clients. Shannon also worked at Furniture Mart as a Sales Consultant, where they developed relationships with clients and met their needs through successful sales. Additionally, Shannon worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Census Bureau, where they held multiple positions including Regional Technician, Crew Leader, and Recruiting Assistant. In these roles, they trained and managed staff, conducted outreach and recruitment efforts, and provided class and field training. Before that, Shannon worked at JMC, Incorporated as Vice President of Operations and Account Executive, where they led and managed employees, implemented marketing strategies, and exceeded profitability goals. Shannon's earliest work experience was at Northland Country Club as a Lead Bar Tender.
Shannon McClard attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1982 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Advertising. Shannon also pursued minors in Business Administration and Art History during their time at the university.
