Uyen Hoang is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in controlling and accounting roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Plant Controller at Bosal since March 2023, Uyen is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the controlling system and leading complex financial analyses. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Controller at Parcel Perform, where Uyen ensured timely month-end closings, and a Business Controller role at SmarDTV Corporation, focusing on financial analysis and collaboration with accounting teams. Additional experience includes positions as Accounting Manager at O2 Financial and Chief Accountant at Silicon Straits Saigon, where Uyen was involved in month-end report preparation and IFRS consolidation. Uyen began a career in accounting as Accounting Services Manager at Global Auditing, supervising junior employees and addressing client issues. Uyen holds a Master's degree in Financial Management & Control from IÉSEG School of Management and an MBA from the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG).
