Toby Naylon is an experienced charter broker currently working at Borrow A Boat since May 2023, where responsibilities include acting as a key liaison between clients and suppliers, negotiating rates, and managing a growing client portfolio. Prior to this role, Toby served as a charter assistant at edozo, where an impressive early promotion to Business Development Manager was achieved within three months due to effective management of clients and accounts. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Development Representative at Redmayne Arnold & Harris, and progressing through various positions in the superyacht industry at SuperYachts International, from crew member to First Mate. Toby's career began in hospitality as a Floor Supervisor at Gourmet Burger Kitchen and as a Resort Rep with Inghams. Education was completed at Wymondham College.
