Craig Bowser has over 25 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as IT Manager, Technical Team Lead, and Systems Analyst at the Borough of State College since October 2004. Prior to this role, a diverse set of positions was held at AccuWeather from April 1997 to July 2004, evolving from Help Desk Technician to PC Desktop Administrator and Windows Server Administrator. Educational qualifications include a degree from Penn State University and certifications as Certified Government CIO (CGCIO) and Information Technology Executive from The Government Technology Institute and The Technology Leadership Academy at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, respectively.
