Jonathan Ewald currently serves as the Assistant Township Manager for Easttown Township, where responsibilities include overseeing township operations and supporting the Township Manager in managing municipal activities and projects. Ewald has been the President of the Phoenixville Borough Council since February 2014, demonstrating leadership through the transition to virtual council meetings during the pandemic. Additional roles include Race Director for Tiburon Endurance Sports, managing competitive road races, and serving as Manager of Corporate and Community Relations for the Transportation Management Association of Chester County, fostering partnerships and advocating for legislative priorities. Ewald's early career includes work as a Policy Analyst for the Pennsylvania State Senate, focusing on legislative research and analysis. Ewald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College and has further educational experience from The University of Queensland.
