Allison Smith has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles and industries. Allison started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions for the San Francisco 49ers, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2004, they served as the Assistant Director of Brand and Consumer Marketing for the National Football League. In 2014, they joined Under Armour as a REP for Northern New Jersey, staying with the company until 2016. Most recently, they have been working with the Borough of New Providence, where they started as the Youth Program Coordinator in April 2019 and currently holds the position of Director of Community Activities since January 2021.

Allison Smith attended San Jose State University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a field of study in Advertising/Marketing. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during their time at the university.
