Dolly Loong

Head of People and Culture at Borong

Dolly Loong has a wealth of work experience in various industries. Dolly began their career in 2012 as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. In this role, they managed and delivered medium to large scale Employee and Customer Engagement projects for clients from the Telco, Financial Services, and GLC industries. Dolly also conducted Integration Surveys for Merger & Acquisition projects and identified and analyzed the organizations' culture and leadership styles. In 2014, they joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Analyst, where they worked closely with project teams and clients from the Oil and Gas industry on change management and learning & development projects. Dolly developed training materials for these projects. In 2016, they moved to Tandemic as an Operations and Project Manager, where they managed and facilitated Design Thinking and Innovation workshops for clients from the Property Development and Telco industries. Dolly also facilitated Leadership Development Programs and Youth Innovation Challenge Bootcamps for youth from various countries. In 2017, they joined PLUS Malaysia as Head, Leadership and Culture (Deputy Senior Manager). In this role, they lead and established culture frameworks and programs in driving high performing and future-ready culture. Dolly also developed and implemented strategies to reinforce the understanding and immersion of PLUS' new Corporate Values and partnered with senior leaders, change agents, and key stakeholders in driving culture change initiatives. In 2022, they joined Dropee as Head of People and Culture.

Dolly Loong completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology at The University of Sheffield from 2007 to 2009. Dolly then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at King's College London from 2009 to 2010. In July 2019, they obtained an accreditation in Saville Waveā„¢ļøand Aptitude from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company.
