Chris Bornhoft, CCIM, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris is currently serving as the President of Bornhoft Commercial, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Chris worked as the Managing Member at Starlen Properties from 2005 onwards.

In 2013, they joined Windermere Commercial LLC as a Senior Commercial Broker and held this position until 2022. During their time at Windermere, Chris also served as the President of the CCIM Washington State Chapter from 2019 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for improving benefits to CCIM members and increasing their involvement in the CCIM Institute.

Before joining Windermere, Chris was the Director of Development at VANDERVERT DEVELOPMENTS, L.L.C. from 2009 to 2013. Chris also worked as the Director of Operations at Corporate Pointe Developers from 2003 to 2006.

Chris's early career included working in Information Technology Services and the President's Office at the University of Idaho from 1995 to 2003.

Chris Bornhoft, CCIM received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wood Construction & Design from the University of Idaho between 1993 and 1998. In 2015, they obtained the CCIM certification from the CCIM Institute.
