John Gasparovic possesses extensive legal and executive experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at BorgWarner Inc. since 2007. Prior to this role, Gasparovic held senior positions including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Federal-Mogul Corporation from February 2005 to December 2006, and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Roadway Corporation from May 2000 to December 2003. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Guardian Industries Corp. and working in the Litigation Group at Jones Day. Gasparovic earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wayne State University.
