Elena Gong is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as HR VP for Corp HR & Global HR Transformation at BorgWarner since October 2020, Elena partners with corporate and business unit stakeholders to drive HR transformation and enhance employee experience. Prior to this role, Elena held the position of Global HRVP at Delphi Technologies, focusing on the Electrifications & Electronics Division, and served as Global HR Director for BP, where strategic activities spanned over 30 countries. Earlier career roles included HR leadership positions at Revlon and Global Sources. Elena holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Renmin University of China.
