Jelle Geven has extensive work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Jelle started their career as a Trainee in Restaurant Sanz and later worked as a Trainee Purchase at Glendale Group. Jelle then joined Exploitatiemaatschappij Karel V Holding B.V. as a Trainee Duty Manager. Jelle then worked at Hotel Okura Amsterdam as a Food and Beverage Cost Controller. Jelle returned to Glendale Group as a Purchase Manager and later became the Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, where they led a team and was responsible for overall operations and concept development. Jelle then joined VERMAAT as an Operations Manager, where they led a team and was involved in financial analysis and budgeting. Jelle also took on the additional role of project manager for the automation team. Following that, Jelle worked at Vapiano Nederland as Director of Operations/Financial Controller and later as the Managing Director, where they provided strategic guidance and oversight. Most recently, they became the Managing Director of Trattoria Boretti at Boretti.
