Jan Hukari is an Associate at Borenius, a leading law firm in Finland, specializing in M&A and Private Equity as well as Corporate Advisory since February 2022. Hukari previously served as a Thesis Trainee, producing an award-winning master's thesis on off-market share repurchases of listed companies, and as an Associate Trainee, where responsibilities included due diligence, transactional assistance, and legal research in corporate law.
