Stephanie Vallee is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in organizational development. Currently, Stephanie serves as a Board Director and HR Business Partner at Boréas Technologies since September 2020. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for the Global R&D and Robotics Center at GE Aerospace from September 2011 to July 2020 and participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program at General Electric from August 2009 to September 2011. Stephanie began a career in human resources as an intern at Rio Tinto Alcan in 2007-2008. Educational qualifications include a certification in organizational development from HEC Montréal, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
