Pelc Stepan has extensive experience in sales and marketing, presently serving as Sales Manager at Borealis since July 2022. Prior to this role, Pelc held positions at Global Tungsten and Powders Corporation as Sales & Marketing Manager and Procurist from August 2008 to June 2023, and at OSRAM as Sales and Marketing Manager from September 2000 to July 2008. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Product Marketing Specialist at HMZ a.s. from February 1998 to August 2000. Pelc holds a degree in General Agricultural Engineering from Mendel University in Brno (1989-1994) and has further education from the University of Minnesota (1995-1997).
