Karolien Vercauteren is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as Team Leader for Borealis, overseeing recruitment processes in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics since February 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant at Acerta, where Karolien conducted assessment centers for various employee levels and managed recruitment and training projects for both internal and external clients from July 2010 to February 2018. Earlier in the career, as a Researcher at Acerta, responsibilities included mapping organizational structures and identifying candidates for national and international clients. Karolien holds a Master's degree in Sociology from KU Leuven and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from EHSAL Management School.
