Jaime T. is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in technical and R&D recruitment. Currently serving as the Senior Recruitment Lead at Borealis AI since May 2019, Jaime leads recruitment efforts across Canada for one of the country's top AI laboratories. Previously, Jaime held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Google from January 2018 to May 2019, specializing in recruiting for software engineers and research scientists across EMEA. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Technical Recruiter at Rackspace, where Jaime managed recruitment for cloud services, and as a Technical Recruiter at Walter Samuel Ltd, a leading tech recruitment agency.
