Cora Kinnarney is a skilled Human Resources Generalist at Bord na Móna since February 2014, serving as the main point of contact for HR activities for over 500 employees within Bord na Móna Recycling. Cora provides critical support to management and staff on HR matters, implements resourcing and training solutions, and ensures compliance with policies and legislation. Previous experience includes managing the Graduate and Apprenticeship programs, specializing in training and development, and serving as an Accounts Receivable Administrator and team trainer at Advanced Environmental Solutions, Inc. Cora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland and a CIPD Diploma in HR from Technological University of the Shannon.
