Astha Narula is an experienced Talent Enabler currently working at ISHIR and BorderlessMind since February 2021. Between March 2014 and July 2020, Astha served as Executive-Resourcing at Sopra Steria, focusing on client discussions, requirement handling, and stakeholder management, along with previous experience as a Senior Process Associate in BPO services. Astha's early career included a role as a Resource Associate at Habsons Jobups Ltd, where recruitment in the manufacturing, insurance, and banking sectors was the focus. Astha holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and a PGDBM in HR and Marketing from Assisi Convent School, completed between 2002 and 2006.
