Shay Horsburgh has over 25 years of experience in operations and fleet management. Since March 2011, Shay has held multiple roles at Border Express Pty Ltd, including Fleet Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, demonstrating a strong progression in responsibilities within fleet and logistics. Prior to this, Shay spent nearly 14 years at Toll Group as an Operations Administrator. Educational background includes completion of studies at Williamstown High School.
