Emily Boom currently works as a Private Sales professional at Bordeaux Index, Fine Wines & Spirits, having started in December 2023. Prior to this role, Emily served as Chef De Partie at Odette's Restaurant from September 2022 to November 2023 and had a brief stint as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Bordeaux Index in April 2020. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology from The University of Manchester, where studies were completed from 2019 to 2022, and attended Marlborough College from 2013 to 2018.
