Katie Healy is currently working as a Seafood Technologist at Bord Iascaigh Mhara - Ireland's Seafood Development Agency since November 2013. Katie also holds the title of Masters Student. Prior to this, Katie worked at Shellfish de Le Mer as a Quality Assistant. Katie started their career in the food industry as a Laboratory Technician at Dairygold Food Ingredients. Katie holds a Master's Degree in Food Science from University College Cork, where Katie also completed their Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Science. Katie is currently pursuing a Diploma in Management at the Irish Management Institute. Katie attended Scoil Mhuire, Ballingeary for their secondary education.
