Steven Martin has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries. Steven currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Bord Gáis Energy, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Customer Operations and Head of Strategic Programmes & Business Change at the same company. Before joining Bord Gáis Energy, Steven worked as a Procurement Business Partner and Strategic Vendor Manager at the company, starting in 2015 and ending in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG Ireland as an Associate Director in Performance & Technology Consulting from 2010 to 2015. Steven also has experience as a Manager in Business Consulting at BearingPoint from 2007 to 2010, and as a Manager in Technology Integration at Deloitte from 2001 to 2007.

Steven Martin received a BSc. Hons degree in Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
