Stefan S. is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bora Pharmaceuticals since September 2023. Previously, Stefan held the position of CHRO at Premier Research from August 2021 to September 2023 and served as Lead HRBP for Commercial and Commercial Manufacturing at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from September 2020 to August 2021. Stefan's extensive experience also includes roles such as Vice President HR for the Clinical Trials Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Global Head of Strategic Operations Improvement Projects and Vice President HR at Lonza, and Head of HR at Medela AG. Stefan’s responsibilities have consistently involved leading global HR transformations, implementing HR processes, and driving organizational development initiatives while collaborating with corporate leadership teams. Education includes studies at The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur and Jönköping University.
