Jorge Risquez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jorge is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of bops, a supply chain intelligence platform that provides operators with end-to-end supply chain visibility and continuous insights. Prior to this, they were part of the ERA 22 Cohort at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in 2022.

From 2014 to 2022, Jorge worked at Deloitte Consulting as an Operations & Supply Chain Manager. Jorge also co-founded Mozaiko Design, a design company specializing in culturally-inspired home decor products, where they served as the Co-founder & Director from 2017 to 2021.

Jorge's passion for making a positive change led him to co-found Futuro ES Hoy in 2012, where they served as the Vice-president. The organization developed programs using technology in education and sports to aid low-resource communities in Latin America.

In addition to their professional experiences, Jorge was an ACC Student-Athlete at North Carolina State University from 2010 to 2014. Jorge also had internships at IMG and attended the Deloitte National Leadership Conference in 2013.

Jorge Risquez pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from 2010 to 2014 at North Carolina State University.
