Francis Ugay has extensive experience in technical support and content writing. Currently serving as a Customer Systems Engineer and Tech Support at Reed Elsevier Philippines since January 2018, Francis also works as a Link Building Writer for Lightning Sharks and has been a Freelance Web Content Writer since January 2014, focusing on creating quality content across various genres and topics. Prior experience includes a role as a Web Content Writer for the Web Outreach Team, and technical positions at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S, and West Corporation, providing assistance in both software and hardware issues. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Communication from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
