Jonathan Deacon currently holds the position of Head of Finance for the Republic of Ireland at Boots UK, a role assumed in November 2020. Previously, Jonathan served as a Senior Finance Manager at Boots UK, overseeing investment and transformation, as well as managing the Boots brand, exclusives, and gifts. Prior to this, Jonathan spent over five years at Walgreens Boots Alliance, advancing from Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager within Global Consumer Brands. Jonathan's career at Boots UK began in 2007, progressing through various finance roles including Finance Manager and Financial Analyst. Jonathan's early experience includes a position as Purchase Ledger Controller at RPC Containers Ltd. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting with Business from the University of Northampton and is associated with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
