Echo Lu is currently the Managing Director at Sonova Group and also holds the same position at Boots Hearingcare. Echo is the Chair of Remuneration Committee at Coats and an Advisory Board Member at WiHTL. Prior to these roles, Echo held positions such as CEO at Haulfryn Group Limited, Managing Director at Holland & Barrett, and Managing Director at Homebase. With a background in HR, Echo also served as the UK & Ireland Property Director at Tesco PLC. Echo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Fudan University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University.
