Rashaad Ratliff-Brown's work experience includes a role at Boost, where they built a robust model that ranks the performance of NCAA D1 soccer teams and developed a dashboard for informed sports decisions. Rashaad also worked at Duke University as a Data Science/Data Engineering Researcher for a project called Data+: Plus Explorations. Rashaad was a Technical Consultant at Baker Legal Group LLC and a Full Stack Developer at Joyce Labs, LLC. Rashaad has also worked as a Stereolithography Technician at Protolabs, a Corporate Event Tech at Orchard Global, and an Engineering Intern at Accu Tech USA. Additionally, Rashaad gained experience as an Engineering Research Student at North Carolina State University and a Student Laboratory Assistant in 3D Printing at Wake Technical Community College.

Rashaad Ratliff-Brown completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Data Science from Duke University. This program was pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Mathematics and another in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing their studies in 2020. Rashaad received their High School Diploma from Ravenscroft School in 2013.
