Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
