Benny Wong has worked in various roles since 2005. In 2005, they joined Topocean Group as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2011, they were recruited by Huawei Technologies as a Logistics Solution Manager. In 2013, they were hired by Kerry Ingredients as a Customer Service Manager. In 2014, they joined knorex Software Sdn Bhd as a Senior Account Manager. Finally, in 2018, they became the Regional Key Account Manager at Apigate. During their roles, they have been responsible for account management, customer service, setting up operations, exploring new and existing clients, shipping arrangements, and providing training.
Benny Wong obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from Oklahoma State University between 2003 and 2005. In February 2020, they also obtained a certification in Persuading Others from LinkedIn.
