Gal Barzilay has a diverse work experience across different industries. Gal co-founded and currently serves as the COO of boosst, a company founded in 2022. Gal is a participant in the Amazon Startup Accelerator program at Amazon Web Services (AWS), starting in 2022. Prior to that, Gal worked at WalkMeâ„¢, starting in 2021, where they held the positions of Partners Development Manager and Solution Engineer. In these roles, they built and maintained relationships with strategic partners, managed multiple onboarding and implementation projects, and created technical solutions for international clients. Before joining WalkMeâ„¢, Gal was involved in the Leumi Innovation Project, where they performed business research and consulting for two large companies in the Israeli economy. Gal also worked at IBM as a Data and Security Engineer, analyzing data and resolving production issues using interactive visualization tools. Gal's early professional experience includes serving in the Israel Defense Forces as a Deputy Company Commander and Officers' Courses Commander, where they managed a company and executed complex projects.

Gal Barzilay attended Reichman University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship. In 2021, they enrolled in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University, completing the program in 2022.
