Pablo Caccialupi possesses extensive experience in energy management and engineering within the malt production industry. Currently serving as Regional Energy Lead at Boortmalt since November 2019, Caccialupi has led the feasibility studies for LATAM Energy Roadmaps and developed various energy management tools and best practices. Prior experience at Cargill included roles as Regional Energy Lead, Process Engineer, Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor, and Project Supervisor, where Caccialupi focused on process efficiency, energy monitoring, and reliability improvements across multiple plants. Caccialupi's earlier experience includes installations at Televisión Litoral S.A. and programming at Techint Siderar SAIC. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
