Julie Fancher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Benefits Manager and HR Business Partner at Boone Hospital Center, a 397-bed full-service hospital in Columbia, Missouri, since September 2016, Julie previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Schnuck Markets, Inc. from October 2014 to June 2016. Prior roles also include Recruiter at ABC Laboratories from September 2007 to September 2014 and Branch Operations Manager at Kelly Services from March 1992 to September 2007. Julie holds a B.S. in Management from William Woods University.
