Mair Morel is a seasoned Creative Producer with extensive experience in the arts and festival industry, currently serving as the Creative Producer and Head of Creative Production & Theatre at Boomtown Fair since April 2003. Mair Morel has been instrumental in leading a bi-lingual outdoor-arts project with AberGem / Ymunwch Gyda Ni from October 2020 to August 2022, focusing on engaging marginalized 16 to 25-year-olds in the Aberystwyth/Ceredigion region. Additional production roles include positions with THE INVISIBLE CIRCUS COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY, GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL EVENTS LIMITED, and Kambe Events Ltd, where Mair Morel managed various aspects of event production and programming. Mair Morel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brunel University London and has pursued ongoing education in creative industries safety, fire safety, and rigging for aerial performance.
