Kevin Dillard is an experienced escalation resolution manager at Boomi since February 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including senior software engineer III at HCL Technologies from July 2019 to February 2022. Kevin's extensive career at IBM from December 1996 to June 2019 involved various software engineering positions, with responsibilities ranging from WebSphere Commerce Support to leading the Technical Performance Support Team for WebSphere Portal.
