Dick Aderman is a seasoned executive and consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Studio Director at Boomerang Ventures, Aderman focuses on early-growth startups aimed at disrupting these industries. As a consultant for Hunt Big Sales, Aderman assists CEOs in enhancing sales strategies and performance. Aderman also holds positions as President and Advisor at The iTeam and as a board member at ImmunArray and Fountains of Hope International, Inc. Previous roles include CEO of Hycor Biomedical, where Aderman revitalized business lines, and President & COO of Quadraspec, focusing on technology and organizational development. Aderman has contributed to the American Heart Association as Chair of the Board and advises MBA students at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, where Aderman earned a BBA/BS degree.
