Matthew Shifflett, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Boomer Benefits since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as an HR Recruiter at Texas Trust Credit Union from April 2019 to August 2022 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at McLane Company, Inc. from May 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in Matthew's career, the role of HR Recruiter at First National Bank Texas was fulfilled from January 2011 to May 2016. Matthew earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas between 2013 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
