Ricardo Peres-da-Silva is a Bachelor of Business Administration candidate at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a Summer Intern at Bookworm Trust since April 2023, Ricardo also operates Haverford Swim Lessons LLC, a successful swim instruction business with a staff of ten and a proven track record of teaching over 250 children. In leadership roles, Ricardo holds the position of Vice President of Professional Development with Theta Alpha Psi and has been a Project Analyst and VP of DEI and Engagement with Net Impact since January 2022, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experiences include serving on the DEI Taskforce for Delta Sigma Pi and fundraising as the Financial Coordinator for the Sierra Club, where responsibilities also encompassed managing social media outreach. Earlier work included lifeguarding at Fox Lake Hills Property Owners Association, emphasizing water safety and rule enforcement.
