Piotr Posadzy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Piotr'smost recent position was as Head of Payments at Booksy, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Allegro from 2017 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Growth Manager - Financial Services and Strategy and Business Development Manager - Financial Services. Before their time at Allegro, Piotr worked at Garvest Sp. z o.o. as a Portfolio Manager - Internet Investments, where they were responsible for managing the company's portfolio of internet-related investments. Piotr also served as the Business Development Director at Currency One SA in 2014. From 2012 to 2014, Piotr worked at PayU S.A. (Allegro Group) as a Business Development Executive and Country Product Manager for Russia&Ukraine. Prior to that, they worked as the International Payments Manager and International Payment Platforms Expert at PayU S.A. from 2010 to 2011 and 2009 to 2010 respectively. Piotr's earlier work experience includes roles at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as a Strategic Alliance Specialist and eService and Payments Specialist, and at EuroFlorist as an Intern in 2005.

Piotr Posadzy pursued their education from 2002 to 2008 at Poznan University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics. In 2005, they attended CISCO Academy and studied e-Economy for a year. Additionally, in 2006-2007, they had an academic experience at Truòng Dai hoc Kinh tê Quoc Dan, specializing in Economics.
