Fabiola also assisted Project Managers with bug fixes and product changes, managed NPS scores, and recommended product enhancements based on feedback.
Most recently, Fabiola served as a Payments Product Expert at Booksy. Fabiola'sresponsibilities included managing chargebacks defense for providers, acting as a POC for US employees for Payments Operations, providing tech support to various teams, creating Jira escalations for bug fixes, and developing FAQs and troubleshooting guides for the Customer Service team. Fabiola joined this role in March 2022.
Fabiola Valdes attended Dos Cercas Professional and Technical High School from 2009 to 2015. Fabiola studied Executive for Service Center during their time there. In 2015, they earned a Business Analytical Certificate from Omar Dengo Fundation.
