Before coming to BooksTime, Marisela gained nearly a decade of experience working with Occupational Therapy businesses, where she developed a reputation for accuracy and high-quality customer service. In addition to her work at BooksTime, Marisela currently volunteers part-time, helping organizations implement better processes and organize document storage. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
