Brandy Ray is an experienced educator specializing in early childhood and elementary education, currently serving as an Early Childhood Educator at Spark! Discovery Preschool within St. Vrain Valley Schools since August 2014. In this role, Brandy leads two classes focusing on foundational skills in math, literacy, and social-emotional growth. Additionally, Brandy works as a Teacher Resource Material Assistant at The Booksource, creating curriculum resources aligned with Common Core State Standards. Previous experience includes teaching fourth and fifth grades at The Soulard School, serving as an Environmental Education Assistant with Trackers Earth, and completing a student teaching placement at Portland Public Schools. Brandy holds a Master of Education from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism-Public Relations from the University of Central Oklahoma.
