Mateusz Marchel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mateusz began their career as a Workshop intern at the Institute of Metallurgy and Material Science, where they gained theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the production and structure of photovoltaic cells. Mateusz then pursued a Research Internship at the Department of Molecular Physics, Technical University of Lodz, focusing on research in the field of molecular physics. Following this, they had a Summer Internship at Jordan Phosphate Mines Co.PLC, where they gained valuable industry experience.

In 2014, Mateusz secured a Summer Internship at St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design before going on to undertake a Research Internship at imec. During this time, they conducted research on the degradation of organic solar cells and developed software for data analysis.

In 2016, Mateusz joined WebSynergia as a Ruby on Rails developer, working on web development projects. Later in the same year, they joined BookingSync as a Ruby on Rails Developer, actively contributing to the development of the platform.

Mateusz Marchel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Nanotechnology, with a focus on functional nanomaterials, at Lodz University of Technology. Mateusz attended this institution from 2010 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus exchange program at Ghent University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Organic Electronics. Building upon their bachelor's degree, Mateusz pursued a Master's Degree in Nanotechnology at Lodz University of Technology from 2014 to 2015.
