Giovanni Valmastri has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Giovanni began their career as a Skipper helper in 2008. In 2011, they took on the roles of Public Relations, Advertising and Promotion, and Driver at Etnoblog. From 2014, they worked at Bosch Service Solutions in the roles of Senior Expert Customer Feedback Manager, Customer Service Agent, and Customer Service Department. Most recently, they have been the Customer Support & Onboarding Manager EMEA for bookingkit since 2022.
Giovanni Valmastri attended the Università degli Studi di Trieste from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Laurea triennale in Lingue, letterature e linguistica straniere.
