Manoj Pandia is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Technology at BookingJini since February 2020. Prior to this, Manoj held the position of Chief Technology Officer at SiliconTechLab from June 2015 to February 2020. Manoj's academic career includes over a decade at the Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT) in Bhubaneswar, where various roles as Sr. Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer were undertaken from June 2004 to May 2015. Manoj's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Network from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (2018-2023), a Master of Technology in Computer Engineering from KIIT (2007-2008), and a Master of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University (1998-2001). Further foundational studies included a Bachelor's degree in Physics and an Intermediate in Science from Sonepur College, as well as a Matriculation from PS High School.
