Simran Aggarwal serves as the IT Operations Lead for India Center of Excellence at Booking Holdings since April 2023, focusing on people management, process improvement, and IT operations management using ITIL methodology and Google Cloud services. Prior to this role, Simran worked at BlackRock from November 2019 to April 2023, holding positions as an Associate and Analyst. Experience also includes a tenure as a Senior IT Analyst at Capgemini from May 2017 to October 2019 and as an IT Analyst at HCL Technologies from August 2015 to May 2017. Simran earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University and completed high school with a focus on Mathematics at S.A. Jain Senior Model School Ambala.
