Deepali Adhikari Filosa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit, currently serving as Vice President of Risks and Controls at Booking Holdings since April 2020. Prior to this role, Deepali held the position of Vice President - Internal Audit and Risk Management at Sterling, where responsibilities included establishing a global internal audit department and designing a corporate governance process, alongside creating a global enterprise risk management program. Deepali's earlier career includes over 14 years at Deloitte as Managing Director, overseeing a wide array of clients in sectors such as consumer products and retail, and positions at KPMG LLP, where participation in a prestigious Global Development Program showcased leadership potential. Deepali holds a BCOM degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai - Sydenham College.
