Ana-Maria Nistor currently holds the position of Manager of Legal and Public Affairs at Booking Holdings since June 2023. Previously, Ana-Maria served as Associate General Counsel and Legal Director for Europe at Discovery Life Sciences from August 2021 to March 2023. Ana-Maria's extensive experience at CMS spanned nearly a decade, during which time Ana-Maria was part of the CEE central management team, served as Head of Retail & eCommerce in Romania, and held roles as Senior Associate and Associate. Additionally, Ana-Maria completed multiple secondments with Amazon and IBM, focusing on retail legal matters. Earlier career experience includes positions at BENCLINOV & ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM and individual law practices from 2005 to 2011. Ana-Maria Nistor holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Facultatea de Economie si Administrarea Afacerilor, complemented by studies at various prestigious institutions including the European University Institute and The Hague Academy of International Law.
