Zoe Epstein serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Bookclubs since February 2022, focusing on building an engaging book club community. Previously, from August 2012 to January 2022, Zoe held the position of Principal and Project Manager at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where Zoe acted as the Director of Women@BCG, managing initiatives to increase women's representation and success both within the company and externally. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Councilman Eric Gioia at the New York City Council from 2005 to 2010, managing various governmental operations, and as Communications Director for Gioia's political campaign in 2009, where Zoe significantly enhanced candidate visibility. Zoe completed an MBA at The Wharton School and obtained a BA in Government from Harvard University.
