Papada Poolphokphol has worked in the hospitality industry since 2002, beginning with a role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Phar Nang Inn Resort & Spa. In 2008, they became General Manager at Vacation Village, and then moved on to Agoda in 2014, where they held the roles of Partner Development Teamlead- Thailand, Indochina & Oceania and Senior Market Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Market Development- Thailand at Pelago, and is currently working as APAC Supply Director at Bookaway since 2022.

Papada Poolphokphol obtained a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey between 2007 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Mahidol University between 1999 and 2002. In June 2020, they also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
